Bringing together two engineering teams from Singapore and India together, the client was seeking a unique and fun activity that majority of them have never experienced.
The DBI Difference
Being a China-based company, they value the importance of imparting Chinese values and cultural knowledge to their employees. Since 2012, DBI has been the preferred partner to organise their annual Dragon Boating event during the period of Dragon Boat Festival in July. Each year, we strive to offer something new and fun for the group on top of dragon boating. After we have introduced "Make-Your-Dragon-Dance" and "Rice Dumpling Making" over the previous years, we brought in a professional Calligraphy Master at the start of the half-day program. We managed to unleash hidden artistic talents in many of them along the way and everyone was able to bring home self-drawn masterpieces for themselves and loved ones! On water, we coordinated several rounds of Dragon Boat Tug-Of-War, just to add spice to the usual paddling. The event ended on a high note with a MD speech, prize presentation and an AWESOME buffet dinner with plenty of drinks!
