With over 4100 team members in more than 800 locations, the annual convention and incentive event brings together the top sales people of the organization to a selected country around the globe. This time, they selected the sunny island of Singapore! As part of their week-long stay, the organizer was on the lookout for a mass activity that engages and challenges the participants' senses.

The DBI Difference
While Singapore offers numerous exciting choices of activities for inbound travel groups, not many are able to accommodate a large group of 400 pax at the same time. This is where DBI comes in. Taking almost one year to plan the event, we worked closely with the Destination Management Company (DMC) overseeing the group's itinerary, to align every single aspect of the event objectives and agenda. On top of bringing the dragon boating experience, we provided land telematches in the form of a unique 4-way Tug Of War Challenege and a team relay challenge. We were also tasked with venue management, logistical setup, refreshments arrangements, prize presentation. Surely, it was a most memorable way to spend half the day in Singapore for these overseas delagates.
