An annual event to bring international employees together to improve teamwork and morale, the client was looking for an activity that allows people of different fitness levels to participate at the same time. 

 

The DBI Difference

 

Tasked with managing and elevating the atmosphere of over 180 employees, our Project Manager worked with ASML's planning committee over a period of 9 months to understanding their event needs and objectives. Seamless bus transfers were also arranged before and after the activity. On event day, ee deployed a large fleet of 9 x 20-crew dragon boats to allow everyone to be on the waters at the same time. Despite the daunting task of ensuring proper and safe water traffic, our professional and highly-experienced crew was able to conduct the half-day program in a safe and fun fashion.
